REFRINEXA operates this U.S. online store. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the store. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete order, payment and delivery information.
3. Refrigerant purchase restrictions
Refrigerants are regulated professional products. A purchaser must satisfy all federal, state and local requirements applicable to the refrigerant and its intended use. Refrigerant for stationary refrigeration or air-conditioning equipment may only be sold to eligible purchasers under applicable EPA requirements.
Verification may be required before fulfillment. We may request an EPA technician certification, employer authorization, resale statement, business information or other evidence of purchaser eligibility. An order may be delayed, canceled or refunded if required verification is not completed.
4. Product selection and professional use
Customers are responsible for confirming the correct refrigerant, cylinder size, equipment compatibility and permitted application before ordering. Refrigerants are not universally interchangeable and must not be mixed or substituted unless the equipment manufacturer and qualified service procedures expressly allow it. Installation, recovery, charging, storage and disposal must be performed by qualified personnel using compatible equipment.
5. Product information
We work to present product descriptions, images, pricing and availability accurately. Display settings and packaging updates may cause minor visual differences. Information on the store is general product information and does not replace the equipment label, safety data sheet, manufacturer instructions or professional technical judgment.
6. Orders and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may verify payment, address, inventory, purchaser eligibility and carrier availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel an order when information is inaccurate, payment is not authorized, legal requirements are not met, suspected fraud exists, or compliant delivery is unavailable.

REFRINEXA is not responsible for losses caused by incompatible product selection, unqualified installation, improper handling, unauthorized refrigerant substitution, misuse, failure to follow safety instructions, carrier events outside our reasonable control or unlawful conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law and changes
